Laine Nauman

Laine Nauman is a seasoned human services and nonprofit leader with more than three decades of experience in social work, public administration, behavioral health, housing, and community-based services. She served as Division Head for Hunterdon County’s Division of Senior, Disabilities and Veterans’ Services, where she led the Area Agency on Aging.

Throughout her career, Laine has held senior leadership roles across nonprofit and public sector organizations, including Executive Director, Deputy Director, Program Director, and Social Worker. She has also contributed extensively through board service, advisory roles, and professional development efforts supporting education, housing, health, and social services.

Laine brings to Hunterdon Helpline a thoughtful leadership style, strong administrative expertise, and a longstanding commitment to improving quality of life for individuals, families, and communities. Outside of her professional work, she values community involvement and meaningful service.
